Additional Information

Integration

It is essential that both the client and Forsspac teams come to see each other as part of the same entity with shared values and goals. This process starts with decision makers of both companies agreeing on the overall strategy for integration.

Building Knowledge

Within the Forsspac ISO9001: 2015 system there is an allocation for client guideline manuals which form the “go to” reference for both current and new team members. The guideline book is built up through enquiry and the sharing of information.

Technology

Our IT system are all cloud based. We use BIM360/A360 for many projects, general design and information servers run on the Azure platform.

We currently use the following software:

  • Revit (All levels including latest releases) both MEPF and Architectural suites

  • AutoCAD LT

  • Dynamo

  • Revizto

  • Skype for Business

  • Teams

  • BM360

  • dRofus

  • Lumion

  • 3D Max / Stingray

  • Sketch up

  • Calistodata (Tablet based field data collection system for back office processing into reports)

Communication

Good communication is the result of hard work by all concerned of which there are a number of key elements:

  • Lead players must be available for each other at all times and must regularly speak to review overall progress to identify areas for particular attention.

  • Visits to each other’s offices at the start of the relationship to facilitate the building of strong working relationships and friendship’s which break down the barriers helping to minimize the “silo” effect.

  • Clients are encouraged to visit Forsspac offices to continue the process of integration.

  • It is expected that the teams will work day-by-day through conference calls, text chat and emails

Documentation

Forsspac operates an effective document control process that captures all incoming and outgoing documents no matter what format they are in. In this way we capture all design information and all client instructions and our response to them.

Why our Clients like working with us!

By listening to our clients we know why they like working with us. Here are some examples:

  • You will be working directly with our Filipino staff who have excellent language and communication skills on which our clients place a high value

  • You will get to meet your assigned team leader as they will at some time visit your office for up to a week to get to know you, your staff and your methods of working

  • Our productivity is excellent. Our Filipino staff are dedicated to working hard and meeting deadlines

  • We listen to our clients and change our methods of working to suit you. Our current theme is increased communication and the elimination of “assumption” on both sides

  • We recognise that quality is key and work very hard with our clients to ensure that we fully understand their needs and implement quality systems that support need.

  • We offer a wider range of services compared to our key competitors. This means we can deal with questions arising from a much broader perspective.
