Forsspac, the industry leader in MEPF design thinking and testing & commissioning, provided Third Party Commissioning Authority (CxA) services to LEED V4 for Google Philippines in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig and Parkway Corporate Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa. LEED V4 is the newest version of the USGBC’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Program.
Google occupies approximately half of the 38th Floor of the Netpark Building located at Taguig City. Google has a goal to achieve a Green Building rating of LEED for Interior Design and Construction Certification. The project has CFA circa of 907 sqm.
Parkway Corporate Center itself is an office/condominium development located in Filinvest City for end user enterprises. It is a mixed use development of office and retail, consisting of a business center that has rooms ideal for meetings, seminars and other small business functions.
