Newly Awarded Testing and Commissioning Projects in 2025

At Forsspac we are delighted to announce that Rockwell Land Corporation, a high-end real estate development company and primarily known for developing Rockwell Center in Makati, has awarded to Forsspac the projects I, II and III in the first Quarter of the year 2025.

Forsspac scope in these three (3) projects is Testing and Commissioning Management of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection including Auxiliary Systems.

Project I: Sillion @ Sanson

32 Sanson Street, Lahug, Cebu City

Sillion project by Rockwell is a proposed 6 Storey condominium building with parking levels provided positioned in a 3.2 hectares land of Lahug, Cebu City.

The project has a total Construction Floor Area of 7,435 square meter approximately.

Project II – Aruga @ Mactan

Punta Engano Road, Mactan Cebu City

Aruga Mactan, Cebu by Rockwell is a proposed Residential building having a 20-storey with one basement and Lower ground floor Cluster units located in Mactan Cebu.

Forsspac scope covers the area; Aruga Mactan Residence Phase 1, Unit Cluster 1 and Unit Cluster 2.

The project has a total Construction Floor Area of 50,968.00 square meter approximately.

Project III – The Manan – Bencab Project

The Manan – Bencab of Rockwell Nepo Development Corporation is the first venture in Central Luzon.

The project is a residential development consisting of two towers.

Manansala which compose of 15 physical floors and Bencabino Tower has 16 physical floors with 2 basements common for the two towers.

The project has a total Gross Floor Area of 51,390 sqm.
