T&C and LEED services
Tower 6789 (formerly named Alphaland Makati Tower), currently applied for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
for Operations and Maintenance. One of the requirements to achieve the mentioned credential is
the Testing and Balancing of the building’s Fresh Air System.
Forsspac MBR Corp. conducted the mentioned T&B of Tower 6789’s Fresh Air System.
They rendered us a service that met the qualifications of both our company and our LEED
Consultant. After the testing and commissioning, they provided a well-put report of the project.
I highly recommend them for any projects that require testing and commissioning of systems and
equipment.

I would like to thank you and the team of Forsspac on this very complex project. I have never in my experience heard of a complete AC, Electrical room and Fire protection system used inside what is ultimately a tent.
However, from the inside it is far from a normal tent.
The trial of the changes that were needed to ensure that the Chairman had delivered what was requested and to codes was challenging. Obviously with all the changes to make it work and to a budget.
We had a few problems. But working together we managed to achieve the required goal with Forsspac assistance with at times impossible time frames.
But in the end working together as one team the goal was achieved and everyone was amazed and happy with the result.
